User Agreement Notice
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Electronic Droid. By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing study materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using Electronic Droid (“the Platform”), operated by Electronic Droid Education Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) to create an account and access our visual learning content, tests, and products.
2. Account Registration & Security
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Sharing account access, selling accounts, or distributing subscriber-only content to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All infographic notes, study materials, vector diagrams, formula sheets, video lectures, practice question banks, and site designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Electronic Droid.
- Personal License: Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for personal, non-commercial educational study only.
- Prohibited Reproduction: You may not copy, record, republish, resell, scrape, or distribute our proprietary content on Telegram channels, drive links, or commercial platforms without prior written authorization.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Delivery
Prices for premium memberships, courses, and shop products are listed on the platform in INR (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Digital Access: Premium content and test access are granted immediately upon successful payment authorization.
- Physical Products: Printed notes, formula books, and charts ordered from our Shop are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days across India.
- Refund Policy: Digital subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed. Damaged or defective physical goods may be replaced or refunded upon inspection within 7 days of delivery.
5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
When participating in the Electronic Droid Community discussions, Q&A forums, or submitting reviews, you agree NOT to:
- Post offensive, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content against peers or educators.
- Post spam, promotional links, commercial advertisements, or unverified exam rumors.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass platform access control mechanisms.
We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend or terminate accounts without refund for severe violations.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our engineering notes, solution guides, and mock tests, Electronic Droid provides all content “as is” without warranties of any kind.
In no event shall Electronic Droid or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on educational materials.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
